My journey, including rigorous high-volume training at the Radisson Blu, has instilled in me a relentless standard of excellence. I thrive under pressure and meticulously refine the balance of flavors, textures, and aromas. I am driven by the singular goal of ensuring that every plate I serve is a masterpiece that lingers in the memory long after the final bite.
Radisson Blu Training
Completed an intensive, hands-on ODC Training program in a luxury hotel environment. Mastered high-volume service, fine dining operations, and essential guest relations. I arranged my training by rotating through 5+ critical departments to build a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality ecosystem.
Currently pursuing my Bachelor of Hotel Management to formalize this practical knowledge into a complete professional toolkit.
